Zainab founded her company, The Zen Life, with a mission to make healthy living achievable and sustainable for everyone. At Zen Life we don’t believe in eating less we believe in eating Right. Our key philosophy is that health is not just confined to the body, but it’s an amalgamation of a healthy MIND, BODY AND SOUL. Therefore our focus is never the symptoms but the root cause behind it.

How I Got Started

Zainab Chunawala’s personal transformation journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication to health and well-being. After experiencing significant weight gain of 30 kilogrammes following her pregnancies, She faced various health challenges associated with this excess weight. However, instead of resigning to this situation, she embarked on a transformative path.

This pivotal phase in her life ignited a passionate fire within her a deep commitment to not only regain her own health but to also inspire and support others in their health journeys. Zainab realised that her experiences were not unique, and many individuals grapple with similar issues.

Motivated by this inner drive, she made a conscious decision to turn her passion into a profession. She pursued rigorous professional qualifications in the fields of clinical nutrition, weight management, and integrative lifestyle. Her genuine intention was clear: to empower individuals to take control of their health, achieve independence from health issues, and embark on transformative journeys that would not only change their bodies but also their lives.
