How the Plan Works
The first step in the process is an extensive one-on-one online/offline meeting that lasts 30-45 minutes. During this session, Zainab Chunawala gets to know the client’s lifestyle, daily food habits, and activities.
You can take a Monthly, 3 months(Quarterly), 6 months, 9 months or Annual plan
Taking the entire history of the client.
Health history & lifestyle
Personalised Nutrition plan.
Necessary blood work
Change in diet as and when required
Follow up once in 10-15 days to assess the progress and make changes if necessary
Proper guidance and counselling on health issues and follow ups to check improvement.
Lifestyle guidance, Smart eating out tips, travel tips, Portion control guidance.
Guidance for improving physical activity and mindfulness.
Recommendation of functional foods and supplements if required
Pregnancy is a crucial period that requires special attention to nutrition for both the mother and the baby.
